Confirmation

A ride is only confirmed after:

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customer Cancellation

If you cancel:

  • Within 1 hour of pickup time → No refund of advance (if paid)
  • More than 3 hours before ride → Partial refund may apply
  • Monthly packages → Not refundable once service has started

Service Provider Cancellation

We may cancel the booking due to:

  • Vehicle breakdown
  • Driver emergency
  • Weather issues
  • Government restrictions

In such cases, we will:

  • Provide an alternative driver
  • Reschedule the ride
  • Offer a refund (if applicable)

Passenger Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Be ready at the pickup location on time
  • Provide correct addresses and contact details
  • Use seat belts at all times
  • Avoid damaging the vehicle
  • Respect the driver and follow safety instructions

Passengers must not:

  • Carry illegal items
  • Consume alcohol or drugs in the vehicle
  • Smoke inside the vehicle
  • Misbehave with the driver
  • Overload beyond allowed seating capacity

Driver Responsibilities

Our drivers are responsible for:

  • Safe driving
  • Following traffic rules
  • Keeping the vehicle clean
  • Maintaining professional behavior
  • Arriving on time or informing in case of delays

Drivers have the right to refuse service if:

  • Passenger behaves aggressively
  • Passenger carries illegal items
  • Payment is refused or delayed

Vehicle Damage Policy

If a passenger damages the vehicle:

  • They are responsible for repair costs
  • Compensation must be paid immediately or as agreed
  • Legal action may be taken for intentional damage

Delays & Traffic

We aim for punctuality but cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to:

  • Accidents
  • Road closures
  • Vehicle issues

We are not responsible for losses caused by unavoidable delays.

Luggage Policy
