Refunds for Company Initiated Cancellations
If a booking is cancelled from our side due to unavoidable circumstances, we offer a full refund. Situations that may cause a company side cancellation include sudden driver unavailability, vehicle malfunction, unsafe weather conditions, route restrictions, or any emergency that affects safety. Customers may choose to receive their refund or reschedule the ride at a suitable time without extra fees.
Refunds for Customer Initiated Cancellations
When a customer cancels a confirmed booking, refunds depend entirely on the timing of the cancellation. Cancellations made well in advance may qualify for partial refunds. However, if the cancellation occurs close to the pickup time or after the driver has reached the location, the payment becomes non refundable. Drivers plan their routes, timings, and fuel consumption based on confirmed bookings, which is why last-minute cancellations and no-shows generally do not qualify for refunds.
Refunds for Monthly Packages
Monthly bookings follow a different structure. Once the monthly service has started, refunds are not available because a driver and seat are allocated for the entire month. If the driver is unable to provide service for several consecutive days due to a company-side issue, we may extend the service or adjust the remaining days. However, customer absences, personal schedule changes, or missed days are not eligible for refund or compensation.
Rescheduling Instead of Cancelling
Customers may request a time change instead of cancelling the ride. If the request is made a few hours before pickup, we make every effort to adjust the schedule. However, last-minute rescheduling depends entirely on driver availability. If a new time cannot be accommodated and the customer decides to cancel, refund eligibility will follow the normal cancellation rules.
Situations Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds are not provided for delays or issues caused by factors outside our control. These include traffic congestion, road blocks, police checks, accidents, or bad weather. Similarly, refunds cannot be issued if the customer provides an incorrect pickup location or arrives late beyond the allowed waiting time. In such cases, the driver has already fulfilled their service obligation by arriving on time.
Requesting a Refund
If a customer believes their situation qualifies for a refund, they may contact us directly through phone, WhatsApp, or email. We may request booking details, payment confirmation, and a brief explanation of the issue. Our team reviews driver logs, communication history, and all relevant information before making a final decision. Once approved, refunds are usually processed within a few business days depending on the bank or payment method.
Advance Payments and Deposits
Some bookings require advance payment or a security deposit. These amounts are generally non-refundable when the customer cancels, but fully refundable if the cancellation is made from our side. In special cases, deposits may be transferred to a future booking, based on management approval.
